General betting rules at 465bet:

• A bet is only considered confirmed once you receive on-screen confirmation and it appears in your account history;
• Odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the final odds for that bet — any subsequent fluctuations do not affect already confirmed bets;
• In live betting, 465bet may temporarily suspend markets during key moments (goal, red card, injury, etc.) to recalculate odds;
• Accumulator bets are accepted with a minimum of 2 selections and combined odds above 1.05;
• The minimum bet amount is R$ 2.00; the maximum varies by event and market.

465bet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, prices that are obviously incorrect due to a technical failure. In such cases, the staked amount is refunded in full and the member is notified with the reason for the voiding.

The 465bet offers welcome bonuses and ongoing promotions to its members. All offers come with specific conditions that must be met before bonus balance can be converted to real balance and withdrawn. This section outlines the general rules that apply to all bonuses on the platform.

The rollover — also referred to as the wagering requirement or turnover — is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered on eligible bets before it can be converted to real balance. Example: a BRL 300.00 bonus with an 8x rollover requires BRL 2,400.00 in bets at minimum odds of 1.60.

• Bets with odds below 1.60 do not count toward the rollover requirement;
• Bets on Asian handicap zero markets and correlated markets from the same event are excluded;
• Cancelled, voided, or refunded bets do not count toward the target;
• Bonus balance and real balance are kept separate in your account — your real balance can be withdrawn at any time;
• Any unconverted bonus or unfulfilled rollover requirement within the allotted timeframe will be automatically voided without compensation.

465bet applies security checks on withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 per transaction. In some cases, additional documentation may be requested to verify the source of funds, in compliance with Brazil's anti-money laundering regulations.

• Sharing account credentials with third parties;

Any member may request voluntary closure of their account at 465bet at any time by contacting support via live chat. Closure is processed within 48 business hours of the request.

Before closure, the member must:

• Withdraw or use your available real balance (pending bets will be settled as normal);
• Be aware that any unreleased bonus balance will be cancelled upon closure;
• Confirm your identity for security purposes.

465bet may close accounts unilaterally in cases of proven breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, or by court order. In the event of closure due to a violation, bonus balance is forfeited; real balance is returned after the review process is complete, which may take up to 30 business days.

Personal data is retained for up to 5 years after account closure, in compliance with legal obligations related to auditing and anti-money laundering. After this period, data is deleted in accordance with LGPD guidelines.

The 465bet is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets — the outcome of any bet is inherently uncertain, and the platform does not guarantee profit or returns to any member. The bettor bears full responsibility for their own decisions.

465bet is not liable for:

• Service outages caused by failures in third-party infrastructure, including internet providers, mobile carriers, and banking systems;
• Losses resulting from deposit processing delays caused by external financial institutions;
• Unauthorized access to a member's account resulting from the user's own compromise of their credentials;
• Sporting event outcomes outside the platform's control;
• Temporary platform unavailability for scheduled maintenance, communicated in advance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018), and the applicable federal legislation on fixed-odds betting in Brazil.

If a direct resolution is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the courts of the Comarca of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
